Most probably NO I guess! This is because the cam light is directly tied to the hardware and has no control via software! This is a security feature. It you still wanna do it, then cover the light with a black electric tape or a nail polish with a matching color. 🙂

can the recorded video be downloaded?
When you say that the application is a web app, doesn’t it mean that the recordings will be stored on a server, which implies that I am giving a chance to some website to have complete access to my webcam…?
Or does the site just records, but stores the data only on the computer with only write access?
The recorded videos will be stored on UGOlog servers and not on your own computer.
