The amount of time taken to crack the pass totally depends on how your pass is salted.ie:how your pw contains a mixture of alpha,numeric & special characters.If your pw contains a mixture of these & is long then it takes more time(few gours to few days) for the pw to be cracked.So try again using LC5(lophtcrack).Be patient....
