Send Emails from Multiple Addresses using One Gmail AccountIn this post, I am going to show you how to use your Gmail account to send and receive emails from multiple addresses. Most of us own more than one email account say for example, one from Gmail, one from Yahoo and one from Hotmail. If you are tired of logging into multiple accounts to check your inbox or send emails, I have a solution here.

Gmail has an option to integrate multiple email accounts (email addresses) into a single Gmail account. Once you integrate multiple email addresses into your Gmail account, you can use the same account to send and receive emails for different email addresses you have. Let’s take a simple example.

Suppose you have three email addresses (email accounts):

  1. john@gmail.com
  2. john@yahoo.com
  3. john@hotmail.com

You can integrate the emails john@yahoo.com and john@hotmail.com to john@gmail.com and operate all the three accounts from your single gmail account. Here is a step-by-step procedure to do this:

  1. Login to your gmail account.

  2. Click on Settings at the top right corner.

  3. Under Settings, click on the  Accounts tab.

  4. Now you’ll see the first option “Send mail as:“

  5. Under this option, click on Add another email address you own.

  6. Now a small new window will pop-up asking you to enter the details of your new email address.

  7. Here you can enter any name and any email address. The email address need not belong to gmail only. You can enter your yahoo, hotmail or any other valid email address.

  8. A Verification email will be sent to the address that you specify. Once you verify that you own the email address, it will be integrated to your Gmail account.

Now, when you compose a new email, you’ll see an option to select from multiple address to send the mail. Also you’ll receive the incoming mails for multiple addresses to a single mailbox. I hope this will benefit you.

Before you leave, I should also tell you one good advantage of this. According to Gmail privacy policy, they will not send the user’s IP address in the outgoing emails. That means, when you send an email from your Gmail account , the receiver will not be able to find out your IP address. But you do not have this advantage in Yahoo or other email providers.

    Hey Srikanth,
    As per the instructions, I created a html file for gmail. I created my website on 110mb.com. I am slightly worried about their instructions though. On 110mb.com, in their “don’ts” they specifically say that if you use our site for phishing, you will be permenantly banned and also there are some legal aspects. How seriosuly should this be taken? I am in trouble right now and I want to hack the email password not for malicious intentions but to save my relationship. I am not a hacker but doing this for first (and definiteluy last time) in my life.
    Other question was, I know it is illgeal for you to provide any php script but how should I go about it? Can you please explain?

      You need not worry much about their policies. They’ll only disable your account if the come to know that you are using it for phishing. That’s all they can do about it.

    Hey Friend in need, I too was badly in need of hacking one’s website. You are talking about the fake login thing right? Everything goes fine until php comes in. It took me three days to set up the thing and run it. After you edit the yahoo mail’s html file, you’ll be required to fill in the ‘action’ thing. You will definitely have to learn php. Type in ‘learn php’ in google. Once you understand the basic structure, search for specific things like ‘how to write into files using php’. Its painful, but you’ll be able to set it up soon. You won’t get the script as such. You’ll have to think your own way to connect codes.

    i have bought the win-spy software but there was a proplem in download 2.22mb and wheni install it it says:
    “not a valid windows 32 application”

    i tried to call the customer service unfortunatly no response till now for 10 days,i have trusted this company cause you rpmoted them but till now they didnt give me a feedback,what should i do?

      The program worked perfectly fine on my comp. Seems like you had some problem in downloading it. Check your email from clickbank and you’ll have a link to re-download the program. Redownload it and your problem should be solved…

    Hey Srikanth, i luv ur posts. I tried adding another e mail to my gmail, now i am able to send mail from my gmail as well as the added email, but i am not recieving the mails tat comes to the added email. Pls help

      You need to change settings of the other email account to forward all incoming emails to your gmail account since it is impossible to directly receive different emails under one inbox.

    Hi,
    I would like to hack a person’s google (or their hotmail) account, and I know that if you have enough information about the account, you can fill out some forms (pretending that you forgot the password) and have the password sent to you. I know a bit about the person that I’m trying to hack (Name, address, phone #, birthday, and two previous passwords – although I do not know if these passwords were for the email account(s) or not). Is this information enough to “trick” google or hotmail into thinking that I really am that person?
