To hide your IP for free you need to use some public proxies. But these are damn slow and are not safe to use.

As you state that most of the proxy services are detectable. I know this is rather complicated issue but can you explain briefly in plain english how some good hackers hide themselves on the net and still commit cyber crimes, hack company web sites or government agencies?

The programs which are mentioned are not working for me. The best way to hide your IP is to use this program

it’s for bypassing proxy and in the same time will hide your IP
I use it then I look for my real IP using network scanner, I didn’t find it
